• Project planning guides that help homeowners make informed decisions
• Minimum 1,200 words with genuine depth — not filler to hit a count
• Original writing; no republished, spun, or unedited AI content

What We Don't Accept

• Thinly veiled promotional pieces or product ads dressed as guides
• Fabricated statistics, invented studies, or made-up prices
• Generic advice that could apply to any niche without modification
• Previously published content (including your own site)
